Abstract
Three strictly anaerobic, methanogenic strains JH1T, JH4 and JH8 were isolated from rumen of the Korean native cattle (HanWoo; Bos taurus coreanae) in South Korea. The colonies were circular, opaque, and slightly yellowish.
