Submitter comments
The assembly of the genome was carried out using the SPAdes v3.15.1 program. Prokka v1.14.6 program was used for genome annotation. Furthermore, the NCBI Prokaryotic Genome Annotation Pipeline (PGAP) is in the NCBI database. Completion and contamination were estimated by the CheckM v.1.2.1 program and MiGA project. The completion from CheckM was 91% (0% contamination), while MiGA project informed 91.3% (0% contamination). This genome is proposed as the type for the new species  Sedimentiflexa bahamondeae.
