Transfer RNAs were detected with the Prokaryotic Genome Annotation Pipeline (PGAP). Rfam v.12.0 was used to identify rRNA genes. Due to the presence of intervening sequences, the 16S rRNA gene is longer in length than is typical and was not identified by PGAP. CheckM v.1.0.7 was used to estimate contamination and completion.
