Bradyrhizobium sp. PUT101 is a methane-tolerant bacterial isolate recovered from landfill biocover material collected in Poznan, Poland. The sample was obtained under methane-only enrichment as part of the SONATA project and sequenced within the Miniatura project. The genome will help elucidate adaptations to methane-rich environments and expand knowledge of Bradyrhizobium diversity.
