Description
Sun, et al (2021): Inferred to be a hetero-organotroph with genetic code expansions (recodings) allowing the incorporation of the rare 21st and 22nd amino acids selenocysteine and pyrrolysine. This uncultured lineage is represented by the genome “lw60_2018_gm2_56”, NCBI BioSample SAMN19461863, recovered from Lake Weyba sediments, and defined as high-quality draft MAG with an estimated completeness of 94.08% and 3.74% contamination, the presence of a 23S, 16S and 5S rRNA gene and 16 tRNAs.
