Taxonomy

Description
Yuan et al., 2025: Gram-positive, aerobic and spore-forming, with rod-shaped vegetative cells measuring ~0.3–0.8 µm in width and 1.5–5.6 µm in length. Colonies appear white, non-pigmented and smooth on Tryptic Soy Agar after 48 h. Optimal growth conditions are 25–37 °C, pH 6–8 and without added sodium chloride.
