We used ONT reads to assemble the MAG (AP027131.1) into a circular contig, which has undergone long- and short-read-based polishing and some manual curation, followed by annotation using DFAST. Despite the somewhat lower scores indicated by the automatic estimation pipeline, we are confident in the completeness and integrity of the genome.
