Taxonomy

Description
Genus defined based on 16S rRNA phylogeny and phylogenomic analysis of 15 ribosomal proteins and the GTDB.
Notes
Originally, Lustribacter caenicola was designated as Type for the genus prior the SeqCode. However, the only genome available for the typification has <90% completeness. Thus we propose to replace the type with Lustribacter telmatis and conserve the genus name.
